Caramel Dip

Classic creamy caramel dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, sugar, and butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves and the mixture starts to bubble.
  3. Continue cooking for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the caramel turns golden brown and thickens.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  5. Let the caramel cool slightly before serving—it will thicken more as it cools.
