Plant-Based Caramel Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk full-fat, canned
  • ½ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut milk and sugar over medium heat.

  2. Stir continuously and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  3. Allow it to simmer for 10–12 minutes until slightly thickened.

  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt until smooth.

  5. Let it cool slightly before serving—it will thicken as it cools.
