1cupfresh cranberries
1tbsporange zestabout one orange

Instructions
Prepare the Cranberries
Place the fresh cranberries in a food processor. Pulse a few times until they’re finely chopped but not pureed.
Add Flavor
Add the orange zest, honey, and orange juice to the food processor. Pulse a couple of times to combine.
Whip the Butter
In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened butter. Use a hand mixer to whip the butter until light and fluffy.
Combine
Add the cranberry mixture to the whipped butter. Continue whipping until everything is well combined and creamy.
Serve or Store
Transfer the cranberry orange butter to a serving dish or small jar. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to one week. If chilled, let it soften slightly before serving.
