In a large pot over very low heat, add 1/4 butter and melt until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add marshmallows and stir gently on low until melted.
Take the pan off the heat and add orange blossom water, zest and essential oil. Stir to combine.
Add Rice Krispie cereal and stir into the marshmallow mix until evenly distributed.
Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish and gently spread out evenly.
Let sit until cooled and firm, about an hour if you can stand to wait that long.
Zest the rest of the orange on top of the Rice Krispie treats, cut into squares and enjoy.
