Lemon Parsley Caprese

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 lb fresh mozzarella, sliced

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
